Currently, we provide islandwide delivery across Sri Lanka.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
As our products are customized and engraved, some orders may require additional preparation time.
Orders that include custom engraving may take an additional 1–2 business days for printing and preparation.
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Saturday), excluding public holidays.
Delivery Methods
We ship orders using trusted local courier services to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Estimated delivery time:
- 2–5 business days, depending on your location within Sri Lanka.
Delivery times may vary slightly for remote or rural areas.
Shipping Rates
- Standard delivery: Rs. 300 islandwide
- Free delivery: Available for orders above Rs. 5,000
Shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking details via email or SMS.
You can use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status through the courier service.
